Bred by P. Roger Pawsey (United Kingdom, 1972).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Cants of Colchester Ltd. in 1972 as 'Just Joey'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Buff - orange.  Strong fragrance.  30 petals.  Average diameter 5".  Large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered, in small clusters, classic hybrid tea, ruffled bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy.  Glossy, medium green, leathery foliage.  

Height: 30" to 4' (75 to 120cm).  Width: up to 4' (up to 120cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 7b through 10b.  Can be used for beds and borders, cut flower or garden.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .  Feed this rose well.
