Group 3, Herbaceous Group, Late, Small-flowered.  
Bloom:
Blue.  Mild fragrance.  4 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Bell-shaped, curved edge, twisted petals bloom form.  Mid-to-late summer.  
Habit:

Height: 2' to 3' (60 to 90cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 3b through 9b.  Best in a sunny location.  In early spring, cut back to just above the lowest set of healthy buds.
