Bloom:
White. Strong fragrance. 5 petals. Medium to large, single (4-8 petals), cluster-flowered bloom form. Occasional repeat later in the season.
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, sends out runners, suckers on its own roots. Large, matte, light green, wrinkled (rugose) foliage. 7 to 9 leaflets.
Height: 5' to 7' (150 to 215cm). Width: up to 6' (up to 185cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 2b through 8b. Drought resistant. produces decorative hips. Do not dead head. Do not spray.
