Bred by Charles Noble (United Kingdom, 1877).
Class:
Early Large Flowered, Group 2.  
Bloom:
Violet, crimson stripes, purple stamens.  6 to 12 petals.  Average diameter 7".  Very large, single bloom form.  Early summer to early autumn.  
Habit:

Height: 6'7" to 9'10" (200 to 300cm).
