Introduced in United Kingdom by Thorncroft Clematis Nursery in 2019 as 'Sugar-Sweet Blue'.

Group 3, Viticella Group.  

Purple - blue, white anthers.  Moderate fragrance.  5 to 6 petals.  Average diameter 3.5".  Small to medium, single bloom form.  Early to late spring, early summer.  

Height: 8'2" to 9'10" (250 to 300cm).
