I have this rose in full sun and it is easily 7' x 4'. It is always covered in blooms and seams to dead head itself.

In just its first year it is 5 feet tall. The long stems make it great for cutting. The color is variable, but always lovely. A keeper!

Sweet Revenge is truly a must have for exhibitor. The long stemmed blooms have perfect form and a unique coloring is soft orange that blushes deeper orange in the sunlight for a dramatic contrast that cannot be easily ignored in competition. It has already proved itself in numerous rose shows, including the ARS Nationals.

In the garden, the huge plant (easily 3 x 3 feet wide and tall) makes loads of blooms for a colorful display, though it is susceptible to powdery mildew, when conditions are right.

For my friend in zone 7... This rose is doing well in many other northern gardens. You might want to try again with a new plant.

Gorgeous rose - however, did not make it through a zone 7 winter...
