It looks like a Tea/Pernet hybrid, based on the pics.

Thanks for your interest Michael. I am afraid can't see anything Tea about this rose. The always small, for me, bush looks HT to my eye. I've never been able to see anything like the "holly-like" foliage mentioned in the 1926 ref either. But I have no doubts about the veracity of my rose because it passed on its mucronate tipped petals to its offspring 'Diana Allen' and I see the same form in Bettina Gatti's photo of 'Diana Allen'.

I can see the tea in the way it fades, the plant architecture, the lessened thorn count (I can see Pernet thorns though), the way the clusters form in that wirey way, and the sheen on the stems and foliage. Its the same way I can see the tea influence in Ophelia. Without tea influence, Pernet and Hybrid Perpetuals would be nasty monsters.
