I've only had Moonstone for one year, but it's already stolen my heart. The flowers have a beautiful form, last a long time on the plant, and smell lovely(like aloe vera gel!) The foliage is very healthy and for a first year plant, it's very sturdy. In my garden, the flowers start off pale pink and age to white.
