In my search for new genes, I looked at roses from the Rosa alba group. From them, I have selected seven varieties. Their progenitor was a seedling from the cross ‘Maiden’s Blush’ × ‘Rose de Rescht’, which I called ‘Polonica’ [2013]. I was very lucky because in the F1 generation I had already raised a repeat-flowering rose with excellent characteristics. Its habit is erect and bushy; the flower is single, medium-sized and pink; its scent is strong and spicy.....
