I purchased one of your own root roses at Wal Mart it was suppost to be Alchymist but it is red can you tell me what is may be.

I live in Ft Lauderdale and bought your roses that were covered in a form of wax covering the stems of the pruned plants. The sun here cooks it into a plastic like cover that stops the plants breathing and they all died.Is there an easy way to remove this wax-like say warm water? as I see your new plants at Walmart are treated the same.
