Bred from 'Anne Harkness' X 'Roller Coaster'… These small single blooms have a haunting beauty all their own like little patches of phosphorescent light, and resemble large primroses. The color of the stamens and the eye is a rich deep amber. Extending outward to cover almost half of the petal is a lovely shade of buttercup yellow that blends into a beautiful shade of satiny, candy pink. Small, in-scale dark green foliage on a very compact and bushy plant. One of the most unusual colored of all roses. 'Will-o'-the'wisp' will intrigue your garden visitors. Continuous blooming. 2 ft. in a pot. 3 ft. grown as a shrub. (1998).
