From 1913 series of Wills's cigarette cards (No 98) Text on reverse of card: JOSEPH LOWE. (Hybrid Tea.) A beautiful sport from Mrs. W. J. Grant, resembling that variety in everything but colour. With free vigorous habit of growth it is excellent for bedding, is very fragrant, and an acquisition to the varieties best suited for pot culture. Not infrequently up to exhibition form in a cool season. Introduced in 1907.
