Bloom:
Scarlet, crimson shading, darker shading. Moderate fragrance. Very large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, high-centered to cupped bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, upright.
Height: 8' to 15' (245 to 455cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Plant in partial shade for best color. Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.
