This upright plant lacks vigor and is not too hardy. It is a sparse bloomer but produces some long high-centered buds which unfortunately open too rapidly for exhibition.

We will have difficulty in getting this one to the show table. The bloom is "floppy", opens fast, has a tendency to split and it is a sparse bloomer. It seems to love mildew and must have winter cover. The redeeming feature is its beautiful buds. The plant is upright but not too vigorous.
