'Basye's Amphidiploid' rose Description

Bloom:
Pink. None to mild fragrance. Average diameter 3". Medium, single (4-8 petals) bloom form. Once-blooming spring or summer.
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles.
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant, very blackspot resistant..

Notes:
According to Kim Rupert, Dr. Basye called this rose 'The Probable Amphidiploid'. It's once blooming, enormous, extremely prickly, extremely disease resistant, and wonderfully fertile.
