    This rose got a First Certificate of Merit at the International Rose Trials of Rome in 1960 and thus, as reported in other references, was bred earlier than stated in HMF.

    Even earlier still. It won a Gold Award in the UK in 1959 and I think they were three-year trials.
    We'll change the bred date to 1956.
