Bred by Rev. Joseph Hardwick Pemberton (United Kingdom, before 1926).
Introduced in United Kingdom by J & A Bentall /Brokenback Roses in 1928 as 'Felicia'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1930 as 'Felicia'.
Class:
Hybrid Musk, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Light pink, yellow shading, white undertones.  Strong, sweet fragrance.  Semi-double (9-16 petals), in large clusters, flat, rosette bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy.  

Height: 3' to 8' (90 to 245cm).  Width: 4' to 9' (120 to 275cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 10b.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .  Can be grown in the ground or in a container (container requires winter protection).  Prune lightly or not at all.
