Damask Perpetual. Portlandica alba, or Portland Blanc, is a new white rose of great beauty; it rarely opens in the moist climate of England, but expands well in ours; a true Perpetual Rose like it would be invaluable. In rich soils it will frequently give a second series of flowers; but it cannot be depended upon as a constant autumnal bloomer.
