Book (1979) Page(s) 65. Dr. A. S. Thomas, Victoria. Some Recent Introductions. Lakeland HT. (Fryer, 1976), ('Duftwolke' x 'Queen Elizabeth'). Light pink blooms of good form with about 35 petals. Medium growth.
Book (1977) Page(s) 139. Dr. A. S. Thomas, Victoria. Some New Ones. Lakeland, HT. (Fryer, 1976). Budwood has only just arrived, so I have not seen it bloom in Australia yet. As seen at several English shows in 1976, this is a very fine pink rose with good growth, possibly the best new rose seen in England or Europe. There were some split-centred blooms on plants in the R.N.R.S. Trial Ground. How good does a new rose need to be to make it worth growing?
