'Lilac Time' and 'Twilight' HT (Boerner, 1956), two mauve roses may be compared and contrasted..... Twilight is more mauve with pale, almost light grey outer surface to each petal.  It would be very beautiful if only the flowers would not all ball.  May be better where the nights are warmer.  Growth is medium.  Very little perfume.

Twilight HT. (Boerner 1955). Double shapely medium sized blooms of soft lavender lilac with a light reverse. Claimed to be an outstanding novelty and a further advance towards a blue rose. Moderate growth. ('Grey Pearl' x 'Lavender Pinocchio').
