Mme. Camille . (Guillot fils, 1871): I suppose this is the obituary and epitaph of Mme. Camille. I haven't seen this old rose for fifteen years at least, or observed her name in a catalogue. She was a dependable rose, in her day, strong-growing, easy-blooming, but with a rather terrible color. As I recall, it resembled the under side of a mushroom.
