Thé. Nankin (le). DUCHER 1871. Arbuste vigoreux ; rameaux minces et réfléchis ; écorce vert pâle, munie d'aiguillons brun rougeâtre, droits, aplatis et élargis à la base; feuilles lisses, vert clair, composées de 3 ou 5, rarement 7 folioles ovales, pointues et finement dentées; pétiole mince, armé de quelques petits aiguillons; fleur de 6 à 7 centimètres de diamètre, très pleine, étalée; coloris jaune nankin, au centre plus clair; pétales de la circonférence allongés et arrondis au sommet. Boutons très recherchés pour la confection des bouquets. Variété très sensible au froid.
