Jackson & Perkins, Fall 1953
A clear, vivid yellow, cup-shaped bloom with handsome contrasting foliage admired by all who have seen it in our garden and in tests throughout the country. Although not a tall grower, this variety is a constant source of colorful flower. The very deep green, glossy foliage is itself decorative, and the rich clear yellow blooms glitter in contrast. The plant is vary hardy, medium tall, and bushy. The flowers, although not large, lend themselves well to cutting and are graceful in arrangements. (Trial #4095)
