Introduced in United States by Heirloom Roses, Inc. (USA) in 1999 as 'Regina Louise'.
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Light pink, fuchsia / magenta stamens.  Strong fragrance.  25 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Large, double (17-25 petals), cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium.  

Height: 3' to 42" (90 to 105cm).  Width: 42" (105cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 10b.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.

Notes:
Heirloom Roses says this rose is the result of a cross between two highly fragrant roses (the identities of which they are not going to reveal except to say that one was an award winner)... it is named for the breeder's granddaughter, Gina.
