I think this should be listed as a Floribunda rather than Hybrid Tea. The references and comments describe it as such.

Height = 3-4 feet
Spread = 3-4 feet

4-5' for height in the description is too tall.

The new Rosa hybrida variety of Floribunda rose plant was created by artificial pollination wherein two parents were crossed which previously had been studied in the hope that they would contribute the desired characteristics. The female parent (i.e., the seed parent) of the new variety was the ‘Delceli’ variety (non-patented in the United States). The male parent (i.e., the pollen parent) was the ‘Meidragelac’ variety (non-patented in the United States). The parentage of the new variety can be summarized as follows:
‘Delceli’בMeidragelac


So Meidragelac is the correct version of 'Laura'
