Reg Willis (HT, McGredy 1965) Another truly lovely creation from McGredy which we are privileged to place on the Australian market. Colouring is an unusual glistening salmony pink deepening to cerise salmon. The lovely high long pointed buds develop into substantial fully double blooms on extra long sturdy stems. A lovely newcomer which will be much sought after.

Sam McGredy. Dreaming Roses.
Last year in this Annual I mentioned some particular crosses which looked promising, but outside they were a wash-out, consequently I am a little chary of mentioning anything seen under glass. However, I fell in love completely with a pink 'Golden Masterpiece' crossed 'Karl Herbst' hybrid tea, which grew from seed into a two-foot plant by May 1st.

[note - this reference may be referring to 'Charlie's Aunt' 1965 or 'Reg Willis' 1966, both pink roses which had the above parentage]
