Introduced in United States by Heirloom Roses, Inc. (USA) in 2004 as 'Ruffles 'n' Flourishes'.

Bloom:
Violet-red, golden-yellow reverse.  Average diameter 2.5".  Small to medium, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, ruffled bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, bushy, upright.  Medium, glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 18" (45cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.
