Introduced in Australia by Joseph Harris, South Yarra Nurseries in 1865 as 'Président Lincoln'.

Cherry-red, dark red shading, crimson shading. None to mild fragrance. Large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
