When circumstances changed for Walter [Branchi], he sold Rose & Rose Emporium and decided to open another yet more specialized nursery close to his friends' property..... Here he also planted the "foundlings" he rescued from abandoned gardens or near country shrines along dusty roadsides.... Unable to identify them, he named them for friends "Andreola Vettori" and....
