Introduced in United States by Bear Creek Gardens, Inc. as 'Outrageous'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Orange and yellow.  Strong, honey, lemon fragrance.  25 to 30 petals.  Average diameter 4.5".  Large bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:

Height: 3' to 42" (90 to 105cm).  Width: 2' to 30" (60 to 75cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Disease susceptibility: susceptible to blackspot .  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .  Can be grown in the ground or in a container (container requires winter protection).

Fragrance: Strong; tangerine... Petals Lastingness: On the plant: Long (about seven to eight days). As a cut flower: Long (about eight to nine days... At maturity, height is 36 to 42 inches, width is 24 to 30 inches... Resistant to mildew and rust, susceptible to blackspot under normal growing conditions...
