'Anci Böhmová'   Breeder: Found by Jan Bohm, 1929, Czechoslovakia (former).   Parentage: 'Marietta Silva Tarouca' sport.  Class: hybrid multiflora.  The flowers are deep pink fading a little lighter.  This distinguishes them from their lighter and more pastel sport parent.

Bud medium size, globular; flower large, double, full, globular,lasting, lilac to rosy red, borne in large cluster on strong, medium-length stem. Foliage sparse, small, gray-green, bronzy, soft, fern-like (divided into 9 leaves), disease resistant. Growth very vighorous (3 to 4 ft), bush, pillar, and climber; abundant bloomer in June and July. hardy.

Nouveautés pour 1929.... J. BÖHM Blatna-Cechy (Tchécoslovaquie)
Anci Boëhm. — (Rosa multiflora anguste flora). -- A pris naissance de la rose grimpante Marietta Sylva Tarouca. A conservé de la rose mère sa forme, sa plénitude et son feuillage, sa couleur (lilas et rouge-rose). Croissance très différente : hauteur, un tiers de la rose mère, feuillage étroit, vert-gris, partagé en neuf petites feuilles. C'est une rose remarquable par sa forme spéciale. Très résistante au froid. Ce rosier convient parfaitement aux surfaces gazonnées, aux rochers artificiels.
