Bred by Patrick Dickson (1926-2012) (United Kingdom, before 1990).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Dickson Nurseries Ltd. / Dickson Roses in 1991 as 'Belfast Belle'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Deep yellow.  Mild fragrance.  Large, full (26-40 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, upright.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 35" to 39" (90 to 100cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
