Frances Phoebe HT. (Le Grice, 1977). Parentage not given.  Medium sized, pure white, beautifully formed blooms of 40 petals. They last very well and are splendid as cut flowers. Strong upright grower. This is the white rose to which I referred last year - at that time it was not named.

Dr. A. S. Thomas.  Some New Ones.
An Englishman has sent me another white H.T.  So far it has not been named but it promises to be a fine dual purpose rose. The blooms are borne singly on long stiff stems.  Like most of the others in this list it needs further trials under local conditions.
