Bloom:
Carmine-pink, fuchsia / magenta shading, ages to crimson . 10 to 12 petals. Small to medium, semi-double (9-16 petals) bloom form. Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.
Habit:
Tall, climbing, few or no prickles/thorns. Medium, light green, dense foliage.
Height: 47" to 5'11" (120 to 180cm). Width: 31" (80cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Notes:
Walter Branchi introduced '5 Yuan' to Italy in 1996. This rose had been found growing in a monastery near Lijiang. Rose of the Temple of Thousand Camellias[Discovered by Martyn rix and Roger Phillips in Lijang, China.]
