Introduced in Netherlands by Terra Nigra BV/Select Roses BV in circa 1998 as 'Grand Prix'.
Class:
Florists Rose, Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Dark red.  None / no fragrance.  32 to 40 petals.  Average diameter 4.75".  Very large, full (26-40 petals), high-centered, rounded bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Large, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Matte, light green foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: 4' to 5' (120 to 150cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .
