(r) Sempervirens pleno alba, pure white, flowers perfectly double and profuse; the strong shoots of last year will produce a large cluster of flowers almost from every eye; this Rose is termed evergreen in Europa, but with us is perfectly deciduous; although in our southern states it retains its foliage during winter.
