Like a gold miner who sees the first glint, he explored more thoroughly, by raising eight thousand seedlings of the same cross, of which he introduced four: 'Golden Delight' and Honeyglow' in 1955; `Allgold' and 'Copper Delight', in 1956

Novelty Roses 1960.  Copper Delight. (Hyb. Poly.  Le Grice 1956) A very pleasing colour of soft clear orange, semi-single 4" blooms which are freely produced on large well-spaced trusses. The growth is upright, robust and healthy. 6/6 each.
