Origin:
Bred by Eugene S. Boerner (United States, 1945).
Introduced in United States by Jackson & Perkins Co. (Newark, NY) in 1946 as 'Goldilocks'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1950 as 'Goldilocks'.
Class:
Floribunda, Polyantha.  
Bloom:
Deep yellow, ages to cream .  Moderate fragrance.  45 petals.  Average diameter 3.5".  Medium to large, very full (41+ petals), cluster-flowered, globular bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy.  Glossy, leathery foliage.  

Height: 20" to 28" (50 to 70cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
