Bred by Noack (Germany, 1989).
Bloom:
Pink blend, white center. Average diameter 1.25". Small, single (4-8 petals), cluster-flowered bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Habit:
Glossy, medium green foliage.
Height: 39" to 47" (100 to 120cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Produces decorative hips.

Notes:
Composer Richard Strauss (no relation to the Viennese Waltz family) was born in Munich, Germany, 11 June 1864 and died at his home at Garmisch-Partenkirchen in the Bavarian Alps 8 September 1949.
