New Roses for 1926. Mary Pickford (HT. Howard and Smith) This variety was picked out as the best of a large batch of seedlings in order that it might be given the name of the celebrated movie star. It is a seedling from 'Souv. de C. Pernet', and has much in common with that variety, except that the outside petals carry more colour. The blooms are rich yellow, with reddish shading in the bud stage. 5/. each.
