Bred by Peter Ping Lim :林 彬 (United States, before 2001). Bred by Jerry F. Twomey (United States, before 2001).
Introduced in United States by Bailey Nurseries in 2002 as 'Arcadia Sunrise'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Orange or orange-red.  Mild fragrance.  Average diameter 4.5".  Large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, exhibition bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, compact.  Medium, glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 4' (120cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower, exhibition or garden.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
