The best time to plant roses is when they're dormant. If you purchased this rose already growing in a pot, you can plant in when there's no chance of frost. But keep it well watered until it gets established.	REPLY

I am also interested in if or when I can plant the sunrise cupido rose outside. This little minature rose was bought for me only 3 weeks ago.
