'Irene'. ('Irene of Denmark'). A Danish newcomer; a hybrid polyantha. It is a chalk-white, cluster rose, the blooms of which are full and formed almost like a gardenia. It flowers long and prodigiously. The foliage is light-green, with a delightfully fresh and glossy appearance. The branches are thornless. A very charming little variety. Moderately fragrant. Dwarf.
