I do not know. A lot of the whole affair with 'Columbia' and its sports seems very confusing. Some of them have the broad, shiny foliage, and some of them have the Ophelia-type foliage. When I look at the local version of it, it has coral at the petal base. In breeding with this, I often get Pernet salmon and coral tones, which makes me feel like there may some mix-ups and renames, etc. of Columbia and its kin.

Henry Kuska used to tell us it was common and suspect practice to say a rose was a sport of, or a seedling of, a famous rose, such as 'Peace'. Maybe he is right, and maybe 'Columbia' was affected too. Who knows! But I do know I find this entire clan suspect and very confusing.
