My first reaction is that this is an older, south-wall growing Touch of Class based on color, form, and what is visible of the foliage. Obviously next to impossible to identify anything off of a few pictures, the one bloom shown here seems to be a "modern" variety, I am guessing 80's-90's. Too high centered to be America. Here in Columbus, OH Touch of Class grows very tall. Nashville is warmer yet. Anyone else?
