Mariatheresia and Baronesse are not the same rose. I have both these Tantau roses and Baronesse is magenta pink, not pale pink like Mariatheresia.

Tantau's trademark Information is confusing. For 'Baronesse' it states:
I. Marke Nr. 538 591
Ecuador Wz. Nr. 0224147
Tan97094 EdV
Sort protection in: EU, Japan
For 'Mariatheresia':
D. Marke Nr. 302 62 570
EU Marke Nr. 011 570 314
Sort Name: Tan97094
Sort protection in: EU, Japan, Ecuador
Tan97094 EdV denotes 'Baronesse' is a sport of 'Mariatheresia'. In one listing we also have Tan96201 for 'Mariatheresia' which increases the confusion. For their newer roses Tantau does not publish beeder codes at all, which makes it more difficult to kep track of the rcycling of names.

Rosen Tantau is listed, you have to click "All Nurseries" at the bottom of the page.
