Bred by Colin P. Horner (1933-2005) (United Kingdom, 2003).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Peter Beales Roses in 2003 as 'Bright Ideas'.
Introduced in Australia by Roses and Friends Archive of closed nursery in 2008 as 'Bright Ideas'.
Class:
Climber, Large-Flowered Climber.  
Bloom:
Pink and white, stripes.  Moderate fragrance.  17 to 25 petals.  Average diameter 3.25".  Medium, double (17-25 petals), in large clusters bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:
Medium, climbing, upright.  Medium, glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: up to 6'7" (up to 200cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower, garden, landscape or pillar.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Prune lightly until this rose gets established (about two years), then prune it back by about a third..  Remove unproductive wood every third year or so.
