Is this rose available in or with delivery to the US?

Palatine Roses keeps a stock plant of 'Rosy Vision' and may list it in the future. This nursery ships to the U.S., as many American rosarians know.
It'S a good rose and should be grown much more than it is.
This rose cultivar has been growing successfully at the Devonian Botanic Garden (Zone 3) for many years. It's a plant I donated to its rose garden in 2008.

USDA zone 4b through 9b . Used for cut flower, garden or pillar. Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom. Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
I am not sure how 'Rosy Vision behaves in warm climates but in Canadian zone 5 or USDA zone 4 this plant only suffers tip kill and does not require the pruning indicated in colder areas. I do not know how this rose behaves in zones 3 and 2.

I am the breeder of 'Rosy Vision' and know that the comments posted should be amended as I indicated. 'Rosy Vision' only suffers tip kill in CDN zone 5 or USDA zone 4. I have not had it tested in zones 2 and 3 or in warm climates.
