Mother plant is probably Hulthemia persica.

Doubtful. The stems and foliage would likely be different. It is probably a 2nd generation from that species.

Excuse me, i just wanted to point out that this rose has a incorrect name and picture. The rose you 've posted here is indeed Tiger Eyes (Chewtingle) but there is a different rose called Eye of the Tiger (Chewbullseye) which isn't connected to this one. I hope you'll repair the name of it, because we have in our Rosarium Petrovic real Eye of the Tiger (Chewbullseye).
