Origin:
Bred by Rudolf Geschwind (1829-1910) (Austria-Hungary (former), before 1894).
Class:
Hybrid Bourbon, Hybrid Canina.  
Bloom:
Carmine-pink.  None / no fragrance.  Large, full (26-40 petals), in small clusters, flat, ruffled bloom form.  
Habit:
Few or no prickles/thorns.  Glossy foliage.  

Height: up to 2.5" (up to 6cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 2b through 8b.  Very hardy.  vigorous.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
